PH Craig Middleton

Born in 1982 and raised in East London, South Africa, Craig’s first experience with dangerous game came during a hunting trip to the Zambezi Valley at the early age of 13. After matriculating at Selborne College he obtained his Degree in Nature Conservation at Saasveld which is now part of the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Craig then chose hunting as his profession and obtained his South African Professional Hunters License in 2004. In 2005 he completed a year’s apprenticeship with Western Safaris in the Chewore South Safari Area, Zambezi Valley. Craig decided to join TWC in 2006 and moved to Tanzania shortly thereafter. He spent his first season as Area Manager for our Ikili block in the Rungwa Game Reserve, and operated anti-poaching operations there in the off-season. Craig obtained his Tanzania Professional Hunters License in 2007 and spent the season guiding successful dangerous and plains game hunts hunts in TWC’s Selous blocks as well as managing their LU4 area. In 2008 Craig managed and hunted primarily our Rungwa Ikili block. Craig’s positive attitude and efforts in the field make him a client favorite.
